There is no employment relationship whatsoever between our agency and the escort ladies, meaning that the individual escort ladies are not bound by any instructions or guidelines from us.

2. A binding booking only comes into effect after the agency has consulted with the desired escort and the agency has sent an order confirmation to the client via email or telephone. New clients should contact the agency by telephone before their first booking. The client has no legal entitlement to the agency's services.

However, it should be emphasized that customers generally have no legal entitlement to the agency's services. This means that the final decision regarding the acceptance of a booking request rests with the agency.

According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for this type of contract. This is because it is a contract concerning services related to leisure activities and specifies a particular date or period. Upon booking confirmation, the requested companion is exclusively reserved for the agreed period. During this time, the companion cannot be made available for other requests or bookings. The agency and the companion make organizational and scheduling arrangements for the booked companionship in advance of the agreed date.

We would like to inform our customers that we always strive to offer them the best service and fulfill their wishes. We therefore ask for your understanding regarding these regulations concerning our booking conditions.

3. We only offer our services to adults. We place great importance on complying with legal regulations and want to ensure that our clients are fully responsible for their decisions.

For this reason, we may sometimes have doubts about the age of a potential client. In such cases, it is essential that we request proof of age from the client. This serves not only to avoid potential legal consequences, but above all to protect both the client and our escort ladies themselves.

We understand that providing proof of age can be inconvenient. However, we ask for your understanding that placement without this proof is not possible. Our agency wants to do its part to ensure safety and integrity and therefore takes all necessary measures.

1. When booking an escort, clients have the option to mutually agree to extend the date. This allows clients to further extend their time with the escort and thus enjoy a more intense experience.

However, it is entirely at the discretion of the escort ladies whether they wish to grant this request for an extension. As professional service providers, they strive to offer their clients first-class service and fulfill their wishes as much as possible. Nevertheless, the needs and limitations of the escort ladies must also be taken into account.

The decision to extend the booking depends on various factors. The escort ladies take into account their own availability, as well as any existing appointments or other engagements. Personal preferences and rapport between the escort lady and the client also play a role.

To ensure that the interests of both the client and the escort are protected, it is recommended to discuss possible extensions in advance or to specify them in the booking request. This way, misunderstandings can be avoided and both parties are aware of any possibilities for extending the date from the outset.

2. To ensure everyone is satisfied and the date runs smoothly, it's important to discuss any extensions with the agency in advance. This allows the agency to make the necessary arrangements and adjust the date accordingly.

By informing the agency in a timely manner about a possible extension, you demonstrate not only your professionalism and reliability, but also your interest in a successful encounter. This strengthens the trust between you and the agency, as well as the escort ladies.

Early communication also gives the agency the opportunity to avoid potential scheduling conflicts or offer alternative solutions. This flexibility helps prevent potential misunderstandings.

Furthermore, agreeing on an extension beforehand can help ensure that both you and your escort have enough time to get to know each other and have a pleasant conversation. A relaxed atmosphere ultimately promotes open communication and allows both parties to get to know each other better.

3. To ensure our clients receive the best possible service, we would like to point out that the fee for booking extensions must be paid to our escort ladies before the extension begins. This measure is in place to guarantee a smooth process and provide a pleasant experience for both our clients and our escort ladies.

These profiles contain not only information about the escort ladies themselves, but also details of their self-determined fees and any applicable travel expenses. It is important to note that each escort lady sets her own fee, which means it can vary from one escort lady to another.

The fee covers only the time you wish to spend with the escort and not any specific services or activities during that time. Prices may vary depending on the duration of the meeting and the distance you travel. This allows you some flexibility in choosing the arrangement that suits you best.

Please note, however: Our escort ladies do not offer any illegal or immoral services – we therefore ask you to refrain from making such requests.

2. It goes without saying that all travel expenses and any additional costs (dinner, drinks, spa, etc.) incurred during the date are to be borne by the client. We want to ensure that our clients have an unforgettable experience and can fully concentrate on their date.

1. To ensure that bookings with our agency are genuine and binding, we have implemented a policy requiring clients to make a 30% deposit upon their first booking. This deposit must be transferred to our business account. This measure is intended to prevent fraudulent bookings and ensure that only clients with a genuine interest use our services.

Even when our escort ladies travel more than 50 km, a deposit equal to the travel costs must be paid in advance by bank transfer to our business account.

We understand that some clients may have concerns about the deposit amount. However, we assure you that this is a fair amount and in line with industry standards. The payment terms have been carefully selected to protect both our agency and our escort ladies.

Years of experience have made us aware of potential risks such as last-minute cancellations or unreliable behavior from some customers. By requiring an initial deposit, we ensure that all parties involved are acting responsibly and communicating their intentions clearly.

Our long-standing reputation is built on prioritizing customer satisfaction. Therefore, we place great value on transparency and trust. The deposit is a step in this direction, as it allows us to plan our resources efficiently and ensure that we can offer every customer the best possible service.

We would like to emphasize that the requirement for a 30% deposit is not intended as a financial burden for our customers. Instead, we see this as a way to promote responsible booking practices together with our customers, while simultaneously ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

2. To ensure a smooth process, we would like to point out that, according to our standard agreement, payment of the fee is made in cash. This agreement applies unless otherwise agreed. We therefore kindly request our clients to bring the agreed fee in an unsealed envelope at the beginning of the meeting and hand it to the escort personally.

Choosing cash payment allows for discreet transactions and protects the privacy of both our clients and our escort ladies. This approach ensures that all financial transactions are treated confidentially.

Please note that we can only accept payments in euros. This not only simplifies the process considerably for both parties, but also ensures that any currency differences or exchange rate fees are avoided.

3. If clients choose to make an advance payment, we want to assure them that our agency is fully authorized and empowered to receive the fee for the respective escort. We understand the concerns and doubts that may arise with an advance payment. However, let us assure you: our many years of experience in the industry have shown us how important it is to provide our clients with security and confidence.

Our authorization to receive the fee is based on a clear legal framework as well as on the individual agreements between our escort ladies and our agency. These agreements ensure that both you as the client and we as the service provider are protected.

We fully understand your concerns regarding advance payment. Nobody wants to hand over their hard-earned money without certainty. Therefore, we place great importance on ensuring that all transactions are transparent and that all information about payment methods is clearly communicated.

Through this open communication, we aim to achieve – indeed, to guarantee – that you always feel well-informed and have absolutely no doubts about our integrity and reliability. We want to give you the confidence that your advance payments are in the best hands with us and that we will do everything to meet your expectations.

4. Bookings where travel expenses exceeding 50 km for the respective escort ladies are incurred must be paid by the customer via bank transfer before the date.

1. If a pre-arranged date is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, we regret that a cancellation fee of 60% plus VAT of the agreed booking amount will be charged. We deeply regret this policy, but it is necessary to ensure that our escort ladies are treated fairly and equitably. Each of our escort ladies has always planned the booked meeting into her schedule and, as a result, may also have to reschedule other important appointments for you as our client.

We would like to emphasize that we value and respect the time of our escort ladies. If an appointment is cancelled at short notice or cannot be kept, this represents a loss for our ladies.

Furthermore, we would like to emphasize that if the escort is already en route to the agreed and booked meeting and the date is then canceled at short notice, travel expenses will be charged in addition to the 60% plus VAT of the booking fee. This is because our ladies often have to travel long distances, incurring costs as a result.

2. Amounts due in connection with a cancellation must be transferred to the agency's business account immediately after invoicing.

3. In the event of persistent disruptions or breaches of contract by clients, our escort ladies reserve the right to terminate the date. Our escort ladies place great importance on respect and a pleasant atmosphere during the encounter. Should inappropriate behavior occur that infringes upon the dignity of our escort ladies or endangers their safety, they will not hesitate to terminate the date immediately.

We want to offer our clients a first-class experience and therefore guarantee adherence to certain standards. If a client does not respect these standards and repeatedly displays disruptive behavior or exceeds the agreed-upon boundaries of the date, there will be consequences.

In such a case, no refund of the fee or incurred travel expenses will be issued. We ask for your understanding regarding this policy: Our escort ladies invest considerable time and effort in preparing for each date, as well as in traveling to and from the agreed location.

4. Should there be a lack of chemistry between the client and the escort for any reason, the date can be ended within the first 20 minutes of meeting. We want to ensure that both parties feel comfortable and can enjoy their time together.

In the event of such a cancellation, we ask both the client and the escort to inform us immediately. Transparent communication is very important to us so that we can take appropriate action.

In the event of cancellation, only the escorts' travel expenses and a €100 processing fee will be charged. Our primary focus is on providing fair compensation for any inconvenience.

We strive to provide our clients with first-class service at all times. Therefore, we place great importance on ensuring that everyone involved is satisfied with their meeting. So, if you have any concerns or feel that the chemistry isn't right, please don't hesitate to let us know. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Please also note our responsibility towards our escort ladies: The incurred travel expenses and the flat fee cover their time investment for your date.

5. Cancellation by the escort model

a) The escort model is obliged to attend a confirmed booked date.

b) If the escort model cancels the date, for whatever reason, the escort model's claim to the agreed fee is void.

c) The customer may demand compensation from the escort model for verifiable expenses and damages that arose directly from the cancellation (e.g. travel expenses, accommodation costs).

d) The agency exclusively arranges for self-employed escorts and is not itself a contractual partner for the escort services provided by the escort. Therefore, the agency assumes no liability for the execution, scope, quality, or availability of the services offered by the escort. In particular, the agency is not liable for cancellations, postponements, changes in services, or other circumstances that are the responsibility of the respective escort, unless these were caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the agency.

e) The agency fee is charged for successful bookings and remains payable even if the escort model cancels. A refund of the agency fee is only issued if the agency is at fault for the cancellation or if it was expressly contractually guaranteed that the escort model would attend the appointment in any case.

f) In the event of a cancellation, the agency will inform the client immediately and, if possible, suggest a replacement model.

1. The escort ladies provided through our agency are independent business owners. They work on a self-employed basis and are therefore not agents of the agency. This means that they provide their services independently of us and are not subject to any direct instructions or control.

We would like to emphasize that, as an agency, we cannot be held liable for the actions of the escort ladies. Each escort lady is solely responsible for her own actions. We merely provide a platform to facilitate contact between clients and escort ladies.

It is our responsibility to ensure that only qualified escort ladies are listed with us. However, we cannot guarantee how the service is ultimately provided – be it in terms of style, manner, or quality.

Our priority is to ensure that both clients and the escort are satisfied and have a pleasant experience. Therefore, we always strive for transparent communication between both parties and a smooth booking process.

However, please always expressly note: Liability for the actual performance of the agreed service rests solely with the respective booked escort lady herself.

2. If damage occurs to customers due to gross negligence or intent on the part of the agency, the agency assumes full responsibility and is liable for all costs and consequences incurred.

Therefore, we would like to emphasize that we are also liable for such slight negligence if it results in a breach of essential obligations. These breaches could jeopardize the actual purpose of the contract or impair its proper performance. It is important to us that our customers can rely on us to fulfill these essential obligations.

However, we would like to point out that our liability in such cases is limited to foreseeable and typical damages. Specifically, this means that only those financial burdens that were foreseeable in the course of normal business operations can be reimbursed.

However, there are exceptions to this limited liability: Should injury to life or body occur, or should defects have been fraudulently concealed (i.e., intentionally not disclosed), then no limitations on our liability apply.

As an agency, we take our responsibilities very seriously and always strive to offer our clients the best possible service. However, should any damage occur, you can rest assured that we will assume full responsibility. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we do everything in our power to guarantee you the highest level of safety and quality.

1. The security and protection of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we would like to assure you that all information submitted by our customers in connection with a booking request or booking will be processed strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We place great importance on protecting your privacy and keeping your personal data secure. Our agency has implemented extensive measures to ensure that all personal data is protected from unauthorized access. These include technical precautions such as firewalls, secure server locations, and regular audits of our systems.

In all processing of your personal data, we strictly adhere to the legal requirements of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means, among other things, that we may only use your data for the purpose of processing your booking request or booking. We will never pass on your information to third parties without your explicit consent.

Furthermore, we make every effort to keep the storage period for your personal data as short as possible. Once the required retention periods have expired, or if you request deletion, we will completely delete all relevant information from our systems.

Therefore, please trust us when transmitting your personal information as part of a booking request or booking. We stand for the highest security standards and guarantee professional handling of your personal data.

2. The transmitted data will be used exclusively for processing the booking/booking request and will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties without the consent of the customers.

3. Customers agree to the collection, processing, and use of their submitted data by the agency. An electronic consent form is available on the agency's website.

4. Clients respect the escort's wish for no private contact and should therefore refrain from making direct contact or requesting her contact details. The agency should always be contacted exclusively to arrange a date.

5. Clients may not permanently store photographs of escort ladies or make them accessible to third parties. They are prohibited from disclosing the escort lady's identity to third parties, whether they have obtained it unintentionally or intentionally.

1. According to Section 32 Paragraph 1 of the Prostitution Protection Act (ProstSchG), condoms must be used during sexual intercourse. Violations of the condom requirement constitute an administrative offense, which can be punished by the authorities with a substantial fine of up to €50.000 (for clients).

2. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid or incomplete, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The relevant statutory regulations shall apply in place of the invalid or missing provisions.

3. German law applies. Customers residing abroad may additionally invoke the law of their country of residence.

4. Booking fictitious dates (fake bookings) and leaving companions "in vain" – we distance ourselves strictly from such actions and, purely as a precaution, announce that we will prosecute this blatant misconduct, especially towards the companions, with the full force of civil and criminal law.
