Note on Prostitutes Protection Act

The Prostitutes Protection Act (ProstSchG) mandates the use of condoms. We would like to emphasize that it is strictly forbidden to ask or persuade our escort ladies to engage in unprotected sex. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that condoms are used during intercourse. We will not respond to any requests for intimate services without a condom. Our ladies are familiar with the legal regulations and will refuse any attempt to engage in unprotected sex, be it vaginal, anal, or oral sex.

The new Prostitutes Protection Act (ProstSchG), which came into force on July 1, 2017, includes a registration requirement (§ 3 ProstSchG).
